Do condoms protect you from all stds?!

Question: Do condoms protect you from all stds!?
I am curious on knowing which std's a condom protects guys from and which it doesn;t and how!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
condoms protect you from stds that are transmitted through bodily fluids, such as blood, semen, or vaginal secretions!. so condoms protect you from HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia and other bacterial infections, even yeast infections (guys can get this too)!.

stds that condoms can't always protect you from are herpes and HPV (the virus which causes either genital warts or cervical cancer in women) because these viruses are transmitted through skin to skin contact!. unfortunately a condom only covers the shaft of your penis and not the close surrounding areas of skin i!.e!. balls, perineum, etc!. so these areas are not protected, thus allowing the virus to be passed on!.

many stds a lot of times don't have noticable symptoms if any at all and so sometimes your partner doesn't even know they're carrying something, so it's your responsibility to protect yourself!. i hope this helps a little bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly a condom is not 100% effective against HIV/STDs!. Also, genital herpes can spread without a person having a outbreak even with a condom on!. What you can do is basically get tested with your partner for ALL STDS, hope that your relationship is has great, honest communication, and always wear condoms!. I would not take any risk of unprotected sex unless I was married, but that's just me!.

Not too much can you get from kissing, but there are viruses such as Herpes type 1 (oral herpes) which is very common, majority of the population has it!.!. That can be spread thru kissing, but it pretty hard to dodge it as majority of people have it whether they have outbreaks or not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Simply put, no!. Because a condom doesn't cover your entire genital area!. Let's a say a person has herpes, and they have the lesions on their "mound" or in the anal area!. If you come in contact with that area you are putting yourself at risk of getting herpes!. As for making out with no genital contact, if the person has oral herpes then you're putting yourself at risk of contracting that!. Herpes is VERY contagious, both oral and genital!. Keep this in mind during your sexual endeavors!. You should also know that having a STD increases your chances of contracting HIV/AIDS!. Hope this helps!. Good Luck!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

From my understanding they don't guarantee you wont get an std, however they make the chances minimal!. You can get infected with std such as herpes and warts by simple skin to skin contact, there doesn't have to be intercourse!. My suggestion, read the condom box!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Condoms protect against the STD's that need body fluid to body fluid contact, but as for HPV and herpes, if the warts or sores aren't on the penis or in the vaginal canal, contact may still occur!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no!. think about something, say, crabs!. its pubic lice and a condom doesnt cover all the hair!. or you could get oral herpes which you just get from kissing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I believe all!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but I would still be choosy!.!.!.removing it can cause contactWww@Answer-Health@Com
