Answers:
Your dog either has allergies, nervous problem or dry skin!. You need to go to a vet and have him/her checked out!. Because it can get an infection from digging itself up and then could get really sick or die!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My cat had a similar problem!. I took her to the vet and found she had a flea allergy!. One bite had led to a really bad reaction!. I wouldn't have known this unless I'd taken her to the vet!. Now she has regular treatment and is comfortable and happy!. Of course, that may not be the problem with the dog!. The only person who can really tell is a qualified vet!. If you are worried about meeting the cost ring a local dog/animal charity or the vet to talk through options!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
One answer will be that it has allergies: either external, like to a grass or something you used in the house, or a shampoo!? not thoroughly rinsed out!.
or internal, as to a food!.
My dog licks at her hind end because she can't hold her urine, and so it itches and tickles, I guess!.
Best wishes -- that's hard on the dog, and hard on you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
