Polysporin for dry acne area of face?!

Question: Polysporin for dry acne area of face!?
Ok I'm a dumbass and I popped a pimple with a needle and used 70% isopropyl to disinfect which helped but made area around my zit worse cuz it dried out my skin and caused it to produce more oil + to aggravate matters I used benzoyl peroxide 5% and because of the burn and redness I have realized that moisturizing is key!.!.!.!.however I'm wondering if I should apply polysporin so that it heals faster, reduces redness and moisturizes all in one go!. My main concern is whether or not polysporin will clog my pores/stir up another outbreak!. Any help would be appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
