Upper Respiratory Infection Will Not Go Away!!!?!

Question: Upper Respiratory Infection Will Not Go Away!!!!?
I have had an upper respiratory infection for the last month or so that just won't go away! I have been on two very strong antibiotics and felt better for a few days, but now am getting sick again!.

I was wondering if any of you know about mold induced illnesses!? We recently discovered that an unused room in our basement had flooded and there was mold all under the carpet and on the floors!. We have had to remove all of the carpet and have removed all of the boxes, papers, etc that were involved in this "flood"!. We are in the process of treating the mold now, but I was just wondering about any illnesses that may be a result of this!.

Thank you for any help you can provide!. God Bless!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have exactly the same kind of symptoms which I have encountered last year!. I felt sick and was coughing!. But the phlegm was not stained!. This went on for two months and the doctor told me she was a little worried even though she said my lungs were clear from listening through the stethoscope!.

I went for a chest x-ray and my lungs were perfectly normal!. Then all of a sudden, my throat went sore for a month and I kept getting a fever frequently!. Antibiotics were prescribed to stop the infection!. I recovered while I was on antibiotics!. But once I finished the course, I will come down with a fever a few days later!.

I was at wits end and the doctor told me to see an ENT specialist!. I told him I was sick for 5 months with on and off fever and sore throat!.

The first thing he asked me if there is black mold where I work and I said yes!. He immediately told me that I have to move to a place where there is no black mold because the building where I worked is a sick building!.

The mold I breathed in caused my immune system to deteriorate and unable to fend off any infection!. Those strong doses of antibiotics caused my system to be too dependent on them to fight an infection!. The sore throat which have plagued me for months is thrush because all the good bacteria in my throat were destroyed by the strong antibiotics!.

I subsequently requested my boss to put me in an environment where there is no mold so that I can recuperate!. The ENT specialist taught me to irrigate my sinuses regularly so that in the event that I breathe in any mold, they are flushed out before they can cause any damage to my immune system!.

Since I started nasal irrigation, I have not fallen ill once and feel strong and healthy without taking any more meds!. I have no more coughs and never suffered from the common cold nor the influenza!.

I understand what you are going through and if the mold is present in your home, you need to be extra careful!. You may even need to invest in some equipment to kill the mold or remove them so that they cannot harm you anymore!.

I will recommend you to read the following resources:

1!. Nasal irrigation

Nasal irrigation is especially useful when someone in the family has a cold and you do not wish to get infection!. Irrigate your sinuses regularly so that the viruses or bacteria in your sinuses never have the chance to multiply and proliferate thereby causing an infection!.

Hope this can help you as they did for me!.

I!. Prepare a decoction from 20 basil leaves, 20 black pepper, 20 long pepper, 2 inch fresh ginger and 3 tsp bishop's wort (ajwain) in 1/2 litre water till it reduces to 1/4 litre!. Cool and drink warm for 3 days, twice a day!.

Or take Colloidal Silver as supplement!.

II!. Consult a homoeopath!.

Pulsatilla 200 and Kali Bich 200 taken alternatively every 3 hrs for a week or fortnight can clear up the infection!.

Pulsatilla 200: 6am, 12 am, 6pm
Kali Bich 200: 9am, 3pm, 9pm

If you consult a homoeopath, he can eliminate one of these one based your symptoms and provide additional medicines!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to let the Dr that has been treating you know about the mold problem!. You may need to have a sputum culture done and or a bronchoscopy so that they can get some good culture specimens!. If you have mold in your lungs, you will have to have a specific type of medication to eradicate it!. Don't wait much longer to get this done!. And be insistent and proactive in your care regarding this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
