i had urinary infection once!. it took around 10 days for me to fully recover!.(of course with antibiotics)!. I used to feel tried and in a way its good!. i was forced to sleep as i was so tried!. body needs rest and sleep for recovery!.

Usually you will start to feel better in a couple days after starting the antibiotics!. Just make sure you take them all, even if you feel better before they are gone!. And your body is fighting an infection, so yes that can make you tired!. And resting helps the body do its job!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Since you are on medication you may feel tired !. Medication is different for everybody!. Some people have different reactions to it!.This should help you with the problem however you will have this problem for a few weeks!.
