I am a tall man 6'-3" with broad shoulders & atheletic body, also doing lot of exercises!. I eat any thing except wheat which if I take more than 100grm in one meal , I am in trouble!.I like wheat very much & I tried to take help of the doctors but to no gain!. Each person is different from other, you just start from a little quantity and slowly increase its intake!. May be it works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
