Question: How to help the itching after a Tan or sunburn!?
I have a light complection!.
I am a redhead (strawberry blonde), if that helps lol!.
I went to the beach for about 3 1/2 hours yesturday and got some sun!. Im pinkish with a little tan!.
My skin is starting to itch now!.!.!.I don't want to sratch at it!.

My grandma always says that coconut water helps a lot!!!! I never tried it!.!.!. but maybe you can and tells us if it works!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Oatmeal soaks and take a benadryl at bed time!.
