Answers:
try giving him soy products!.Soy milk, cheeses there are many varieties of products using it instead of milk based products!. offer him many fresh fruits and vegtables !. Kids love finger foods, celery and peanut butter!. msg is pretty easy to avoid if you don't rely on packaged food and read labels!. He may be picky because he's experienced bad reactions to some of the foods he is sensitive to, so introduce new foods slowly and only one at a time to make sure he can tolerate it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My son is allergic to milk and milk products!. Yes he is picky too!. So everytime I go to the store I have to be reading labels!. It is so hard but I find that he likes rice and peas, especially peas!. He likes potatoes too, so maybe you can give him mash potatoes!. Sorry I dont know how old your son is but try him with stuff!. He eats when he feels like it!. At first I was worried but I still try him with stuff he may like!. It is hard to find stuff out there but there is a site I used to go on from time to time!. It is www!.godairyfree!.org/table/recipes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont worry about the chocolate milk, it is just flavroing!. my bro is the same way exactly!. he eats lunchmeat sandwiches alot and hotdogs are his favorite food!. you could make a roast!. if you find "smart balance" butter in like walmart, that doesnt have any milk!. soy milk is good with cereal or even plain with breakfast!. try eggs and a bowl of cereal for breakfast, a can of tomato soup for lunch and a roast for dinner!. if you use milk for sides for like potatoes, leave it out and put extra "s!.b!." butter in it!. my bro also like buttered noodles and pepper for lunch sometimes!. if you have any more questions or anything like a discussion, my email is michaelc94@yahoo!.com

i will be glad to help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi Mia!. I know my answer is not addressing your question, but I feel compelled to offer it anyway!. Has your child been tested for Celiac Disease (CD)!?

CD is very common, yet medical doctors rarely diagnose it (because it is a nutritional disorder and they are still not trained in nutrition)!. It could be the cause of all of your son's allergies/dietary problems!.

CD is a very serious condition, that if present, should be diagnosed and properly treated!.

Best wishes and good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Google allergy/dairy-free recipes!. Also organisations that handle this kind of allergy!. Their websites are often full of useful tips!.

Suggest that you use rice milk rather than soy; the former is much better for you (him)!.

The Allergy Association in NZ has a great recipe book out!. It *might* be available through them direct or perhaps Amazon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

kids like it simple, so stick to the basics, and remember, if he sees u enjoy the foods that u want him to eat, he will be more prone to eat them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
