had burnt/peeled the top layer of skin off my leg and it's been growing back but now it looks like this!. Is the top layer of skin just growing back!? Why is it like yellow and puffed up in the middle!? :/

Be careful cuts like this can turn ugly (Staph/Mrsa)

Take a hot compress to it!. (Clean compress)
