Answers:
Most states have statutes of limitations, meaning that you only have a limited amount of time to file a malpractice suit!. Most states have a limitation of 2 years since the incident or the discovery of the incident!. If you can prove through her medical files from the original hospital that your daughter did have a hearing problem and they didn't do anythig about it or maybe did the test wrong, then you might be able to file a suit!. However, malpractice suits are very difficult to initiate!. President George W!. Bush passed legislation years ago that makes it more and more difficult to sue doctors, no matter what the circumstances!. You can call your state Attorney Bar Association (look in government pages in phone book or call 411) and speak with an attorney to see if you might have a case!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
