The majority of what we believe to be taste is actually smell!. So when we have a cold & our nasal passages are constricted, we think we can't taste anything!. Try by holding your nose when you eat!. Hope that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Taste perception is aided/increased by smell!. When the nose is affected during cold, we can only feel taste as much as half only!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
