Avoid eating fatty foods, chocolates , drink loads of water and eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies!. Also get yourself a lighter face-cream than what you use in Winter!. Ive been using the Garnier Fructis make up removing clothes and then use astringent before I go to bed!. My skin stays nice and I hardly ever get any bad pimples and my skin is not oily anymore!. If you've tried everything I suggest trying it maybe it will work for you too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Proactive solution works great but it can also be expensive!. I would try some tea tree oil cleaner it is natural and inexpensive!. Also noxema is good but can be drying so use some good moisturizer (oil free) if you go that route!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
