my right hip/ i am going to get a new hip replacement, maybe on thursday!. PROBELM,everything is a ok , im only 37, except my blood pressure was 150/95!. high!. if i cant reduce it by thursday morning, surgery morning, by even a tiny bit, they may cancel it!. i am extremely lucky too even be getting this surgery in the time where health care is in a sad state of affairs!. CAN ANYBODY GIVE ME ANY SUGGESTIONS , I know about the reduction in salt, i will abstain,Www@Answer-Health@Com

Acutely alter your blood pressure, and risk it going back up during surgery; or gradually reduce it so that you don't need any tricks to get it down before surgery!. If you get hypertensive during surgery, there could be rather serious consequences!. Before trying to dehydrate yourself with diuretics, try eliminating all caffeine, and stimulants!. And rest!. Your BP elevation may simply be due to stress!. Thursday is a very short time crunch and doing anything artificially may put your health at greater risk!.
