Answers:
It is called orthostatic hypotension (also known as postural hypotension; a head rush or a dizzy spell)!. It is a form of hypotension in which there is a sudden (less than 3 minutes) fall in blood pressure, that occurs when a person assumes a standing position, usually after a prolonged period of rest!.

The sudden fall in blood pressure leads to a diminished blood circulation in the brain area, and may cause a temporary loss of vision!.

So you're not sick and it is not harmful!. After lying down or sitting for some time, try to stand up slowly so your blood circulation can gradually accustom to the new position!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to your doctor for blood work!.!.!.!.!.could be low blood pressure or numerous other possibilities!.!.!.!.no one can tell you if it is serious unless you seek medical treatment!.
