Can anyone help to decipher what it all means !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The one I would ask about is the LAD with diffuse disease!. What percentage of blockage is there!? That is one of the major coronary arteries and a blockage there can result in what they call a "widow maker"!. Sudden heart attack and death!. If there is severe blockage there, you would need stenting if they can stent it or CABG!.
The other looks ok!. But they will keep an eye on the OM or obtuse marginal vessel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

LMCA: left main coronary artery
LAD: left anterior descending coronary artery
LCX: left circumflex coronary artery
RCA: right coronary artery
LV: left ventricle
CAD: coronary artery disease
OM: obtuse marginal branch of left circumflex coronary artery
PDA: posterior descending coronary artery
proximal: initial region, nearer to the origin
Apical: towards the apex (tip)
