Question: Are these panic attacks!? Or if not what do you think is wrong!?
Sometimes I get these weird episodes where it starts out I get really sleepy and feel out of it and my eyes get real heavy, during this I sometimes feel sick (stomach ache) or a headache which makes me squint!. After a couple minutes I start to feel real nervous and start to breath heavy like it's hard to catch my breath and sometimes I start to shake too!. During all of this I'm dizzy and zoned out!. Sometimes it will go on for 15 minutes sometimes 45 to an hour!. What do you think it is!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Definitely see a doctor!! I had similar episodes when I came off of my birth control pill!. My DR called it panic attacks and prescribed meds for when it happened again!. Panic attacks can be brought on from stress, withdrawel from presciption drugs, allergies, etc!.!.!. Hope you get well soon;-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sounds like panic attacks!. Check your heart rate!.!.!.if it's higher than 90 per min (just sitting around doing nothing) than this could be the couse, high heart rate can couse panic attacks and in this case your doctor will prescribe you beta-blocker, those will help!. But if your HR is ok, below 90 than it might be just stress adn in this case ask your doctor for some herbs or dietary supplements, better than pills!

they are night terrors!. You get them right before you go into deep sleep so it affects your sleeping pattern and you never really get a good nights sleep, I get them too!. its weird but they don't really happen when I sleep during the day!. Like when I'm at workWww@Answer-Health@Com
