On my knee, i have a small patch of dry skin!. its round, and its not even red or doesnt look like anything i have googled!.!.!. but i think it might be ringworm anyways!. if i dont treat it, can it spread!? or get worse!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes Ringworm can spread topically!. More than likely you rubbed against a contaminated person/animal!. If you have a medical plan that covers presciption drugs go see a doctor, if not you will pay about $11 at the drugstore!. Ringworm is the same fungus that causes athlete's feet and jock itch!. It is just located on different parts of the body!. Yes, it is highly contagious and yes, it can spread!. Get an anti-fungal cream from the pharmacy ASAP and use it until you get to the doctor to prescribe something stronger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
