Burns come from the suns harmful rays you can still get a tan with sunblock on!. Still use sunblock ! A burn is just a burn people think it changes to color because you are actually already having color but the burn hides it until it goes away!. I'm really light skinned and I can still get a good tan even with sunblock on!. What helps speed up the process of a tan is staying in the water because of the reflection!. No!. Getting a burn is really bad!. Really really bad!. It greatly increases your risk of skin cancer!. Try one of those gradual tanning moisturizers!. It will look natural and won't be likely to kill you later in life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
