Is SVT lethal?!
Question: Is SVT lethal!?
I have been worried I might have it!.!. and would like some info about it!.!. I have had people tell me it is non lethal then someone else said it could kill you in 10 minutes!.!. I am just looking for some advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Supraventricular tachycardia is a conduction disorder of the heart!. The electricity that makes the heart beat stays around too long and sets the ventricles beating twice instead of once!. The consequence is a rapid heart beat, fainting and chest pains!.
It can occur at any age and is generally not life threatening!. There are a number of treatments for it but it needs to be confirmed on ECG before you can begin any of them!.
