Question: How come I got dizzy just now when I blew my nose!?
I have thick stubborn mucus in my throat & my nose!. My nose is stopped up, & I keep having to clear my throat!. I blew hard as I can because my nose was stopped, & I couldn't breathe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It was that real quick pressure when you blew your nose that caused the dizziness!. Try something like Mucinex which will thin out the mucus and you won't have to blow so hard!. I get that too because of allergies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
