Question: Do you think Senator Kennedy's brain tumor is because of his past accidents being aggravated!?
Sometimes cancer can start when an old injury is aggravated by moving the wrong way or having bad health habits as Patrick Swayze does and now Kennedy, even if cancer runs in his family he would know this and be ready to deal with it when it came!. But because of those two big accidents he had year ago when he was young, they are weak parts of his body now!. So as he ages, he thinks he's still a young man and may have re injured his injuries and therefore made the brain tumor appear because of it!. Things are always breaking off the body and inside body parts, and makes it way to heart or lungs or brain!.!.!.so it's obvious why he has a brain tumor! Any ideas!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just my opinion but id say its from being an alcoholic!.!.I have known several alcoholics who had brain tumors!.!.and as far as Sphinx telling you to know your subject before you comment!.!. Its very apparent that he knows no more or less than the rest of us!.!.apparently he doesnt understand that diet and life style (smoking etc) are the biggest causes of cancer!.!. !.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
As I recall, Patrick Swayze has always been super health conscious, with extensive workouts and only eating an organic and healthy diet!.
As far as Kennedy, maybe he had some scar tissue that has become abnormal and evolved into a malignant brain tumor!. I hate that he and his family have to go thru this!. Hope he makes his peace before he goes with that poor girl's family from yrs ago!. I think you can be predisposed to cancer, but I also think it is a real possibility that cancer can be related to preservatives!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My son was dx w/ a brain tumor at age 11 and survived almost 8 yrs after being told he had 6-18 mos to live!. Naturally we asked about injuries etc!. to try and answer the why!? I have never heard of injuries causing brain cancer and we were seen at 4 hospitals by just as many teams of doctors!. True some cancers are related to poor health habits but a brain tumor is not caused by "things breaking off" or injury!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I do not know where you got your information about cancer from, but you better go back and take a refresher course from somewhere else!.
Cancer is just not one disease, but rather a bunch of similar acting diseases that are grouped on under one common name, and which can be caused by a wide variety of events both natural and unnatural alike!.
If you would read about Kenney's family, you would see they was not exactly the healthiest people in the world, and chances are if you look far enough back, you would find something similar!.
Having had a chance to talk to some doctors that treat cancer patients, I asked if we was born with cancer cells, and he stated yes we are, but most are dormant, only in some, for reasons they have yet to discover, something activates these cells!.
You, me, and everyone else are all walking around with these cells inside of us, and sometimes they will activate on their own, and other times, we can do things that will help them to activate, or even cause an alien form ( chemical, radiation ) to take hold if we are exposed!.
As I recall, most cancers go through 3 stages of development as far as cells are concerned, with the first being the ones we are born with, and the last being cancer itself, and only some types of cancer metastasize ( spread ), and of them types, some are fast spreading and some are slower!.
