okay well the main difference is that malaria is caused by the plasmodium parasite that is transmitted via mosquitoes and infects the blood, and sars (severe acute respiratory syndrome) is an airbourne, viral infection that is highly contagious!. Remember a few years ago in China when they were all wearing those face masks!? It was due to sars, people were trying to prevent from inhaling the airbourne viral particles!.

what both have in common is they both can kill people swiftly without appropraite treatment!.
