basically a build up of yeast bacteria inside of the vagina!. white cottage cheese like discharge and fishy odour are involved!. they can be passed durring sex and men can have them as well!. they are not and std!. medications like Monostat and Canestin can be use to treat them but if they don't work then u may need something stronger from your docor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
