I've heard that many, if not most, drugs (legal or otherwise) sap the body of essential nutrients!.!.!. including, and especially, potassium!. Since increasing my daily potassium levels to over 2,000mg/day (with bananas, apricots, and tomato juice), I no longer need any drugs at all to manage my type two diabetes!. This is not something you're likely to hear from doctors or big pharmaceutical companies!. (I'll let you figure out why)!.
