Answers:
from what you describe you probably have lactose intolerance!. in some people this is fairly mild and in others it can be more severe in discomfort but will not become life threatening!. if you think you may be lactose intolerant then you really should see you doctor, they can refer you for a lactose intolerance test, in which you srink a solution containing lactose under strict medical supervision and your breath is monitored to test the gases being produced n your stomach!. the test itslef is not painful, although if you are lactose intolerant you probably will have bely ache after!. however it is important that you get this checked for 2 main reasons!.
1) many prescription drugs contain lactose, and if you are intolerent and get the runs from lactose you may not fully absorb the tablet!. therefore your doctor can prescribe suitable tablets for you
2) if you are lactose intolerent then you may suffer from frequesnt sickness and the runs, and this could cause you to become slightly malnourished as you can lose too many essential nutirents too quickly or become dehydrated!.
also, if you do need to cut milk products out of your diet it is best to do so with the support of a dietician, as they can ensure you replace the milk products that you are missing otherwise you could suffer with osteoporosis later in life!.
it is worth baring in mind that there are milk products in some suprising food stuffs!. check labels on bread, cereals, crisps, chips, cakes, biscuits, even some juices!
that said at least it doesnt sound as though you have an allergy which can lead to severe gastro upset, skin conditions, migraine, swollen face, tongue, lips and eyes, and even full blown anaphylactic shock!.
I hope you start to feel better soonWww@Answer-Health@Com

It could be an allergy or a lactose intolerance!. If its gastro symptoms chiefly, it's probably the latter!. Take a lactose supplement and mention it next time you're at the doctor!.

If the lactose supplement takes care of the issue, its not an allergy!. Also, if you don't get the same gastro effects after eating lactose-free dairy foods (they're thrice the cost), then its not an allergy!.

If you get hives or have trouble breathing, its an allergy!.
If you still get sick after eating the lactose-free foods, it might be an allergy!.

You can substitute soy or rice milk (or perhaps goat milk - if you can stand the taste) for cereal or drinking milk!. There's also soyogurt (its awful)!. There are also lactose-free products!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your symptoms do not sound like milk allergy, instead it sounds like lactose intolerance!. You can probably drink lactaid milk and perhaps you can tolerate some milk if you take lactase enzyme tablets first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
