Does anyone else suffer from nighttime dehydration?!

Question: Does anyone else suffer from nighttime dehydration!?
Normally at night, I sleep w/ a cold water bottle by my bedside because my mouth feels all cottony/pasty & my throat feels about ready to crack!.

I just got home from college & I usually am ingesting water by the gallon @ school but now that I'm @ home, it's more difficult since there is more of a "temptation" to drink soft drinks, juices, etc!.

Does anyone else suffer the same!? It's so awful & if I run out of water @ night, then I just go to the sink to get some tap water!. I am PMSing right now so I think that may contribute to the dehydration!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
