Question: No colds or flu since 3 yrs!?
i have had issues with anxiety and depression for many years!.!.when my anxiety is running high i get so many physical symptoms!.!.!.at times i dont feel well at all!.!.!.seems everyday i have a new ailment!.!.
the thing is i never get colds or flu!.!.!.yet i feel so unhealthy at times!.!.!.it is a good sign that i dont catch cold or flu easily!.!.i think its oddWww@Answer-Health@Com

No, consider yourself lucky!. My mother RARELY gets the cold or flu!. My brother and I could be burning from a fever, along with my father, and she'd take care of us all, but never catch it herself!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Youre fine!. You are just very healthy, although you dont feel it sometimes!. Youre body is very immune to colds right now!. But dont make a parade now!. Soon it may break and you can get a really bad cold or even the flu!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
