Is there a relation between an allergy to red dye, strawberries, and certain tom!

Question: Is there a relation between an allergy to red dye, strawberries, and certain tomatoe products!?
I am actually just sensitive I think to red dye, my mouth breaks out and itches, along with other parts of my body!. The same thing happens when I a lot of strawberries and some tomatoe sauces (with no dye in it, I checked)!. Is there any relation between these natural foods and the artificial coloring, besides their color!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Indeed there is!.!.!. it's called "histamine!." Strawberries have a natural "histamine" substance in them that causes problems for many sensitive individuals!. Histamine is what triggers allergy symptoms - hives, itchies, sneezing, etc!. Tomatoes have them too!. Some red dyes are derived from azo dyes, and bingo - known histamine releasers!. I've pasted a link below of other foods that naturally contain "histamine" that could trigger symptoms in certain sensitive individuals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its odd that you have these effects to these three items!. I mean, it makes sense in the vein of uriticaria!. Have you noticed a similar response with other foods!? If not (like, if you can eat spinach and eggplant all you want), there's probably a different cause!.

Perhaps explore organic produce - it is possible that some compound common to pesticides used on tomatoes and strawberries (both summer fruits high in sugar prone to pests in common) is also used in the red food dye on your processed foods!. If you still find a reaction in these, look further!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go to the doctor to check!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
