Question: His snoring is making me crazy,!?
I love my husband so much but his snoring has been a problem for the last 4 years we have been togeather!. He says that he has always only been able to breath out of one nostral!. He says he thinks its because they took his adnoids out when he got tubes when he was a child!. We dont have health ins and im worried because sometimes he stops snoring and i think he stops breathing and i shake him awake!. Also he is a heavy sleaper!. And it wouldnt bother me if it wasnt so loud i can turn the tv up all the way and still not beable to hear the tv!. Is there anything we can do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds like he has sleep apnea!. he needs to go in and be checked over!. he could be having short episodes in his sleep where he stops breathing!
also could have a deviated septum!. my dad did and i could hear him snoring all the way on the end of the house! it's an easy fix, but he needs to be looked at!. not only for his health, but for your sanity, too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Too bad you don't have health insurance!. He might have a deviated septum!? Has he tried those "Breathe Right" strips!? Maybe try to keep him from sleeping on his back!. Have him lay on his side and prop a pillow behind him so he can't roll onto his back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
