sounds kinda like epstein pearls, are they really small, run together and shiny white or pearlescent colored!? If so, that is what they are and they are normal and not contagious!. If however they are pink painful vesicles on a red base, they could be herpes!. You might want to go to the doctor, especially if they are herpes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
