Question: Is this an allergy to cats!?

So my Grandmother had a stroke a couple weeks back and I have been going in everyday to take care of her!. She lives with my aunt who has alot of cats!. After being in the house for about thirty minutes my neck starts to itch (especially if I didnt shave that morning)!. I dont ever have this problem at my house with my dogs or any other animals!. Just these cats, is this an allergy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
