I never heard of this happening!. I have always put it on, waited till it dried (10 mins) and got in the pool or went outside!. I've never gotten burned while doing this either!.

I've never had a problem!. by the time your skin heats up enough for you to burn, the 20 minutes will probably already have passed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Its better to apply it 20 mins before as it gets well absorbed by the skin and the higher the SPF the betterWww@Answer-Health@Com
