Insomia On Sundays Only For Over Three Years?!


Question: Insomia On Sundays Only For Over Three Years!?
I have had insomia going on 4 years on Sunday nights only!. I have tried everything, same sleep time, no alcohol, warm baths, you name it, I have tried it!. I tried the sleeping pills for 3 weeks and stopped!. Have anybody out there had a one night, same night insomia like this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm no expert, but I think it might be something to do with:

a) The fact that the next day is Monday!. Monday = Work/School/Whatever you do is starting, this may cause stress, or you to subconciously worry about everything you need to get done!? Are there any problems with your work!?
b) That you KNOW that you only get it on Sundays!. If you keep thinking about how you have insomnia, but only on Sundays, your body will react to it and not let you sleep!.!.!.

Or something!.!.!.

Just a few ideas!. Maybe try something to relieve stress/anxeity!. And also, stop trying to cure your insomnia!. Aim to forget about it, and just do normal things!. Don't have warm baths and take sleeping pills and stuff!.!.!. Basically, don't make a big deal about it!. Tell yourself you DON'T have insomnia on Sundays!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it almost sounds like anxiety!. are you feeling nervous or anxious about your workweek!? what is different than you do on sundays that doesn't happen any other day!? for instance, do you drink 3 cups of coffee vs 1 cup on other days!? do you eat out with friends or family that day!?

i'd think about keeping a food journal, and try to alleviate your stress!. working out will help with that, and of course, be sure to stay hydrated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
