looks like a birth mark only the marks weren't there a year ago!. they look like they are there to stay do you know what this could be!? They are darker than his skin color and only on his scalp!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

psoriasis!.!.!.my dad has it on his scalp, elbows, and hands!. They are sort of dry and scaly!. They don't itch, but it sort of looks like a rash!. He uses the shampoo, T-Sal, from any drugstore!. It is in a clear bottle with a blue label and the shampoo is brown and kind of looks like syrup!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
