MSG allergies!?!
Question: MSG allergies!!?
so i went to the doctor for major headaches and some chest pains, and im apparently allergic to MSG (Monosodium Glutamate, which is a type of food additive that is used to enhance the flavor) Anyways, now im stuck because im not sure what kind of food to eat!. Is all organic food free of MSG!? Or do i have to scan the back of all labels in an organic food store!? Any suggestions of MSG free food!? =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get migraines from MSG!.!.!. and have learned to avoid Chinese food which contains it, I can only eat at places which do not use it at all, just in case they inadvertently serve me something with it!.!.!.!. Usually you won't find it in organic foods, and most foods other than chinese, use it in very small amounts that don't bother you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
