Hello, I am in the health field and we learned about this issue in school!. It is perfectly normal and should go away all on its own!. Often, adipost cells(fat cells) float to the surface of the skin and ball together, later calcium diffuses to the same area and makes the cells tight which accounts for the firmness!. This collection of fat cells should go away all on their own!. Dont worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it's a swollen lymph node!. They sometimes swell a little if your body is fighting off any small infection!. You can go to doctor if you are really worried!. But I think it's a swollen lymph node!.!.!.nothing to worry about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Is is hard!? It might be a calcium deposit!. If it's squishy, might be a benign growth!. I know those are common among some Asians!. I had an Indian friend who had them all over!. They didn't cause any problems, no pain, not cancer!. But I'd have it looked at!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have one of these on the side of my neck, and it's been there for a while!. I haven't gone to the doctor yet, but there are many things it could be, so before you get worried, wait until you have it checked out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
