A smokers lung because they are getting so much build up of tar in their lungs and it happens so much faster!. Black lung (coal miner's) is usually over a long period of time but is still pretty bad and deadly!. The thing is, smoker's lung is preventable and isn't your job!. but yes smoker's lung is worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's a question of degree!. How severely the lung is affected in each case!. You have to look at each case individually, and determine the level of impairment!. At the end stage, both are terrible!. Frankly, at that point, it's a moot question!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
