Answers:
if you drink anything or eat anything right before you go to sleep, you will get "bags" or puffyness under your eyes!. In some cases it is only under one eye!. You can try taking a Lutein vitamin to help improve the health of your eyes which will reduce the stress on them thus reducing stress to the area around it - reducing puffnyess and bag's under the eyes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One of the easiest things to do is to soak a pack of caffeinated tea in cold water, squeeze out most of the excess, and place over your eye for 5-10 minutes!. The caffeine should help to constrict your blood vessels and reduce the swelling around your eye!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

AS crazy as it sounds, I've heard of girls that put Peperation H on their puff areas becuase it contracts the blood vessels and makes the areas more firm!. I've also heard of people using slices of cucumber!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
