You have to get your doctor to do an actual biopsy of the red area and send to the lab for analysis, you might be dealing with a rare condition such as Lyme disease!. Try an antifungal , antipyretic such as viaderm, or kenacomb!. Good luck, Luke!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure if this will help, but try using a pumice stone over the areas!. The reason you don't get pimples on your legs is because you shave them, and every time you shave it cleans out all the dead skin, dirt, and oil!. If when you shave it goes away you might just have a lot of yucky buildup that's causing your skin to be mad at you!.

I have small bumpies on the backs of my legs, and when I use a pumice stone every day for about a week they go down noticeably!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
