I have tried everything from Head&Shoulders, Nizorol, and Selsun and Polytar!.!. none of it worked!.
I have tried the tea tree oil, vinigar, moisturizing cream, everything possible!.!.!. all my girlfriend's input of course and it doesn't work whatsoever!. It's all a bunch of hocus pocus Oprah/Martha Stewart crap that doesn't work at all!. All it does is make you feel like a loser walking around with a vinigar drenched towel wrapped around your head for an hour!.
I'm a young guy (24) and I have had a flaking scalp since I was in grade school!.
I have finally found the solution for me, so give it a try and hopefully it will work for you!.
First of all, buy Denorex Extra Strength shampoo!. It's the strongest stuff I have found!. It stings the eyes just by having it in your hair it is so strong!. I use about the size of a quarter and I rub it in and leave it there for 5 or so minutes and then vigorously rinse it!. I use that maybe 3 or 4 time a week!. I worry that my super dandruff will become immune to it if I use it every day!.
In between I have been using a moisturizing shampoo by Herbal Essences!. I think it's called "Hydra" or "Hydration" or something like that!. That moisturizes the skin!. I also leave it in for about 5 minutes before rinsing!.
I hear drinking lots of water, and less alcohol is supposed to help, but I haven't tried that with these two shampoos yet because they have been working!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

MIX EQUAL PARTS OF WATER AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR AND RUB ON PROBLEM AREA WITH A QTIP, WAIT AT LEAST 15 TO 20 MIN THEN WASH OFF!.

Try a shampoo with Tea Tree oil in it!. You can get stuff like that at Whole Foods markets, or online!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
