Some brands like Clean and Clear, or Neutrogena have body washes and soaps that are specially made to treat body acne!. Buy a bottle of that (4 or 5 dollars) and a loofah (6 or 7 dollars) at your local drugstore, and you should have a nice clean, smooth back in about 2 weeks!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
