Question: I'm so scared!.!.!.!?
OK so I am 24 and when I was in High school I wasn't the smartest in the bunch and had unprotected sex !.!.!. I have had sex with a total of 8 guys since I lost my virginity when I was 17!.!.!.!. and am not proud of it!.!.!. but each guy but 3 were only a one time thing!.!.!. and all except 4 were protected!.!. I know it is stupid and I have grown up a great deal !. I have been tested once I lost my virginity & have only been tested for hpv, gonerea, & chalymidia & tested positive for chalymidia!. I want & NEED To get tested for HIV/aids, but am terrifiedof the results considering the unprotected sex I have had!. Was anyone else scared !?!?!? I am going to do it, but am freakingout!.!.!. & yes I know I brought it on myself & it's my fault, but I am not sure how to deal with it !.!.!. Can anyone share their expierences with getting tested !?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here is the deal!.!.!.!. I went through the same thing!. Just tell yourself "If i have it, then I have it!. If I catch it early then i have a good chance at a normal life!. If I wait and I have it then I will Prob Die!." (not trying to scare you) Remember!.!.!.!. If you do its better to know than not know!. You more than likely don't but just go!. You just have to do it!. If you have it, the earlier you know the better your quality of life will be!. You will be put on medication and most people with HIV/AIDS live quite long and happy lives!. And if you don't (which is probably the more likely of the two since you were in high school when all of this happened) then you won't have to worry about it anymore!. But you should be tested in another 6 months if it's been less than a year since your last partner!. You should also be tested after every partner whether you used condoms or not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Look first pray and hope that everything will be alright!. Next work up your courage and go first thing in the morning don't wait all day!. Good thing you learned your lesson!.!.People make some dumb decisions and the important thing is you learn from them!. I'll just say you got to suck it up and get tested!. It is better to find out now than to find out later if you were diagnosed with AIDS!. Once you're at AIDS, it seems like there is nothing you can do about it!.!. I was a victim of rape about a few months ago!.!.and it breaks my heart every day to have to go thru what I have been going through!. Had only 1 partner who was my boyfriend at the time before the rape, my one and only and got tested with him and wore protection and i thought he truly loved me!.!.we also decided to take the sex slowly !.!. but the rape incident happened and he walked away because he was scared that he may contract something from me!. Pretty fxcked up huh!? Well, turns out I walked away with NEGATIVE results for STD and a normal pap smear/hpv screening!. BTW, I never had a std in my life and never slept around as I have high standards!.!. I took good care of myself and never believe in sleeping around!.!. well as you know!.!.the HIV testing takes awhile!.!.and everyday I cry because I could be exposed to HIV because of my attacker!. He was tested negative!.!.but still!.!. I don't feel as healthy as I felt before!.!. thank goodness so far I am negative but I still have 1 more test to go till my mind says I am okay!. Ive had a lot of symptoms and finally was diagnosed with anxiety and psychosomatic disorder along with PTSD!.!. but still!.!.!. I had convinced myself that I have HIV after tons of HIV tests, doctor checksups, and I speak to a psychiatrist!.!. But back to psychosomatic symptoms!.!. I cannot convince myself that I don't have HIV!. I am very scared, but I have been tough enough to get tested for every STD atleast 3 times already bc I GOTTA KNOW MY STATUS AND I RATHER KNOW THAN TO DIE NOT KNOWING !
