Were you given antibiotics!? If so, did you finish them or miss some dosage(s)!? If so, this could cause insufficient treatment of the bacterial infection, and thus a relapse of the symptoms!. If it is a viral infection, this may be just a natural progression, and there may be nothing you can do about it!. It may help to gargle with a salt water solution (or other prescribed solution) prior to your recital if the symptoms do not go away by then, this should temporarily lessen pain or dryness, but is not a permanent solution!.

This all depends on the cause of your laryngitis, if it is in fact laryngitis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, you said you received medication from your dr!. If they were antibiotics (which they most likely were), you probably didn't finish them or missed some dosages!.
The best way to get rid of it is to make sure to take ALL of the prescribed antibiotics at the times indicated because this will ensure your infection will go away!. If you don't, the infection can linger in your body and come out again soon after!.
I think it would be best see your Dr!. again and see if there is a remedial dosage you can take and of course gargling with warm salt water a couple times of day should help any sore throat!.
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Laryngitis!? The only thing you can do is grin and bear it!. The disease has to be beaten, but it is not up to you!. If you say you have to dance, your immune system doesn't listen to that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
