(ANS) Its NOT a beauty spot, what you are describing is a red mole!. Red moles are extremely common, I know I have lots of them!.
**If the mole suddenly has started to be very sensitive to the touch it could just be infected and nothing very serious!.
**However, if the mole continues to be painful after a few more days (say a week) then its best to have it checked out by a medically qualified person!. Either your family doctor or GP or by the practice nurse!. Its best to have it checked out even if it turns out to be nothing its best to be safe than sorry!.

Yeah, like the other answers go see a doctor!. It may be a form of skin cancer and they can remove the spot before it spreads!. Hopefully it's not but make sure you get it checked out ASAP!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
