Question: What are the causes and does anyone have any good remedies for dandruff!?
I went through an enormous amount of stress in the past four years!. I have the stress levels under control now, but I have severe dandruff!. I have used Tea tree oil, Head and Shoulders and the Tar shampoo!. Does anyone have any suggestions!?

It could be an allergic response to something!. You might want to rule out other possible culprits (besides the stress factor), before doing an elimination diet though!. It could also be an allergic response from something external!.
It seems some products that aren't working for you!. The others I can think of off the top are Nizoral, Selsun Blue, Ionil T!.
You might want to verify the cause (dry skin, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, or overgrown malassezia) and make sure it's not another scalp/skin condition!. Depending on the cause of the flakes, a prescription shampoo or steroid might have to do the trick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had a problem with dandruff too!. But, you don't NEED anything to help it go away!. All I did is take a shower everyday for 2 weeks!. After the shower, take a brush and scrub the brush on your skin on your hair of course!. ( after you hair is dried) At first you will see a blizzard of dandruff!. But, you have to repeat it for 2 weeks!. After, you will be free of dandruff and have a smooth scalp!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
