Could I be aneamic?!

Question: Could I be aneamic!?
Firstly, I've been a Vegetarian for 3 years so I don't eat meat!.

I think I could be aneamic as I have the following symptoms:
- Get drowsy/tired after school and feel out of energy
- I have black circles under my eyes despite getting 8 hours of sleep per night at least
- I frequently get cold hands and feet and am sometimes pale
- I sometimes get strikes of insomnia, however very rare
- My eyes are very sensitive to sunlight
- I suffer from oily skin and hair

Are these symptomatic of aneamia!? Should I see my doctor!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You may have anemia; but you might also have an under-active thyroid gland, and another possibility is new onset diabetes!. It would be good to go have your doctor check your labs for the above!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, those could be symptoms of anemia!. Try adding more deep green leafy things, since you're a vegetarian!. Or find a good vitamin to supplement your diet!.

And if that doesn't work, see a doctor, or talk with a dietician!. Also, there is a lot of information out on the web about getting a healthy vegetarian diet!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
