Zinc oxide and titanium dioxide!. These are inert minerals that stay on the surface and do not react with your skin!. I especially like zinc oxide, since at least in some formulations, it is much less whitening than titanium dioxide and you get really broad-spectrum protection!.
Also, astaxanthin is a naturally occurring pigment from algae (gives salmon its pink color) that is supposed to give sun protection!. But offhand I don't know of any sunblocks that contain it!.

Natural sunblock contains octinoxate and oxybenzone, rather than titanium dioxide!.!.!. the plus to any natural sunsreen is that it is instant protection!.!.!. unlike chemical sunblocks, that you actually have to let absorb into your skin for about 20 minutes before working!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
