Are you applying anything to your skin before you go to bed!? Like lotions or skin cleansers!? (Don't use Axe Body Wash on your face or anything like that!.) Use something intended for the face that is a gentle cleanser and fragrance-free for sensitive skin!.

When is the last time you washed your pillowcase and the pillow inside of it!? (Most people dont' wash their pillows enough -- dust mites, allergens, bacteria, and fungi build up to enormously-large levels in pillows that are not washed frequently!.) However, some pillows (like foam and memory foam) really can't be washed in a washing machine and dried in dryer (potential for fire)!. So, you have to read the cleaning directions first!.

So, once you clean your pillow, examine your skin cleanser and lotion, and also examine your shaving routine --> have you cleaned or changed razors lately!? Aftershave!? Be sure your razors are clean or replace them if they're old!. Be sure you're not using aftershave with any strong scent or with alcohol!.

Other than that, do you drink alcohol at bedtime!? Alcohol can aggravate rosacea, so that might be a factor if you have mild rosacea that you haven't recognized, and the rosacea might be causing a flare-up!. (This would only be likely if you're in your late 20s or older!.)

The only other final possibility would be drugs that you might take at bedtime!. Many drugs have "flushing" as a side effect, especially certain cholesterol medications or narcotic pain killers!. There are others, as well!.

The possibilities here are multiple -- you'll have to see which of these meets your description and go from there!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you might have rosacea,a treatable condition of the face!.Go to doctor he will prescribe a cream!.Rosacea is very common it's just sensitive ,red, dry skin!.What makes it worst is extremes of temperatures e!.g very hot in the car, cold weather, alchohol, chilli or curry, windy days!.Usually starts in 30 's and if not treated gets worst over next 20 yrs!.Can start earlier!.Google it and see if that sounds like you cheersWww@Answer-Health@Com
