Answers:
There may be treatments to help with the fluids in the lungs such as lasix but that would have to be discussed with the doctor but in all honesty it is a decision for your mother-in-law to make, if she wants to continue to fight this battle or the stop and think about comfort measures!. If she does decide to stop fighting ask her doctor for a consult with hospice care!. Don't hesitate to ask the doctor to be blunt about her prognosis!. If the treatment may be to much for her and not help at all, why put her through the suffering!. She might as well think about comfort measures and be able to spend the time she has left with her family!. It should be something that she and the family and her doctor talk about!. I hope that whatever way you all choose that you are well informed and remember to have faith that God is with you at this difficult time in all your lives!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be too much for her!. What does she want!? Go with her to the doctor to discuss how this could be for her!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
