How long does it take to recover after having your Gall Blader removed?!

Question: How long does it take to recover after having your Gall Blader removed!?
Answers:
If the surgery is laproscopic and you follow your diet only a few days!. If you go off your diet you will get diarhea, cramping and vomitting!. You have to slowly reintroduce fatty foods to your diet!. After a few months to a year you can eat normally!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I assume you're talking about resuming normal activities!. First let me say if you haven't had it done yet, plan on rolling from side to side after you're back in your room and if you had the "traditional" surgery!. A nurse told me this and I didn't need pain meds the day after surgery!. It started out as laprascopic but the stones were too big so an incision had to be made!. The surgeon warned me that even tho I felt great, I had to heal from the inside out and to expect at least 6 wks!. to heal!. I was on a regular diet almost immediately!. The biggest problem was not overdoing things on that side--like sleeping on it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It took my wife 3 days and me just two days!. Neither needed excess hospital time!. All laproscopic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
